Timeless support

Timeless 5.0 is a private fitness beta. The public app has not yet changed. No purchase is needed to use the fitness beta.

Install the private build

On Android, enrolled testers can use the Google Play internal test link. On iPhone, existing internal testers can open TestFlight and select Timeless 5.0, build 443. The update uses the existing Timeless app identity; do not uninstall the old app to test an upgrade.

Complete your first quest

  1. Open FIRST WAVE from the lobby or Quests.
  2. Place your phone securely and leave clear space to move. Follow the camera introduction and calibration.
  3. Reach three minutes of confirmed tracked camera play. Watch the “Camera this run” clock; paused time and touch play do not count toward this quest.
  4. Return to the Timeless lobby and check the once-daily 50 XP reward.
  5. Close and reopen the app. Your saved progress should remain.

AFTERGLOW is the alternative two-minute reset. Only foreground time counts; pause/resume is explicit. Completing both options on the same day does not grant the daily reward twice.

Camera or health connection problems

You can use touch controls without camera permission. For camera play, review the permission in your device settings, check lighting and ensure your body fits the calibration guide. If tracking is lost, the camera-quest clock should stop until tracking recovers.

For optional health readings, choose permissions in Connections & privacy. Missing values can mean no matching records, unsupported sources or limited permissions. Timeless does not invent a health score when no data is available. WHOOP and live Somra chat are not activated in this beta.

Progress and changing phones

Fitness progress is stored locally, with no cloud sync in this release. Keep the app installed when updating. Progress in the separate preview app is not automatically copied into production Timeless.

Previous purchases and accounts

The fitness beta does not restore previous movie VIP or older Premium entitlements. Installing it does not cancel their renewals. For an existing subscription, use Google Play subscriptions or your Apple Account’s Subscriptions settings. For purchase or entitlement help, email info@timelessapp.ai with the store, product name and order reference. Never send a password or card number.

Report a problem

Email info@timelessapp.ai with the app version, phone model, OS version, exact steps and what happened. For camera quests, include the displayed camera timer and any tracking message. Share screenshots only if they do not contain private information you want to keep.
